Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping to more than 200 countries worldwide. However, there are places to which we cannot ship. If you were in one of those countries we would contact you.
What about customs?
Once the items have been shipped, we are not responsible for possible customs fees. When you buy our products, you agree that one or more packages may be sent to you and that upon arrival in your country, customs may ask for fees.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by destination. These are our estimates:

Do you provide shipping tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information when your order has been shipped. If you have not received the tracking information in 5 days, please contact us.
My follow-up says “there is no information available at the moment”.
Some parcel companies take 2 to 5 business days to update the system with the tracking information. If you placed your order more than 5 business days and you still don’t have information about your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in a single package?
For logistical reasons, the items of the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if the combined shipping has been specified.
