Return Policy

Cancellation of the order

All orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. If you have paid for your order and need to cancel it or make any changes, you have 12 hours to contact us. Once the handling and shipping process has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, therefore, if you want a refund you can request it regardless of the reason.

1.- If you didn’t receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 days of handling) you can request a refund or resend.

You can request a refund within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) has expired.

Your refund will be processed upon approval. The refund will be sent automatically to your credit card or by the original method of payment, within 14 days.

2.- In the event that the product received has a defect or is not the one described, you can request a refund or send the correct item.

2.1. Maximum time to request reimbursement or delivery of the correct item

For this you have a maximum of 7 days from the receipt of the product

In the event that we request you to send the defective or different item to the one described, please include the shipping cost ticket so that we can pay for it.

3.- If you do not want the product received you can request a refund. This item must be unused. The return costs are your responsibility.

We will not refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (such as providing a wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of YogaTodo (for example, without customs authorization , delays due to natural disasters).

Changes

If for any reason you want to change your product, maybe for a different size of clothing, you must first contact us and we will inform you of the steps to follow. The shipping costs of the product you want to return will be borne by your account, those of the product you want to receive will remain free for you.

Please do not return your purchase unless we have authorized you to do so.
